Firm Information
I opened this office to help people injured by the negligence of others, to represent people charged with crimes, and to provide quality family law services. My office serves the communities of Idaho Falls, Blackfoot, and Pocatello, Idaho.

I believe in the United States Constitution and protecting people from the combined power of the police and the prosecutor. I defend misdemeanor and felony prosecutions in the state and federal courts of Idaho. These cases include: Driving Under the Influence (DUI); drug offenses; sex crimes; theft; battery; Driving Without Privileges (DWP); and traffic violations.
