Protect Your Rights

Your rights, and potentially your freedom, are at stake. Many rights are waived if not asserted. For instance, the Idaho Rules of Criminal Proceedure require that you file motions to suppress evidence that was illegally obtained, in violation or your constitutional rights, within a prescribed time period. Failing to assert your rights, may lead to the court admitting that evidence at trial. If you are charged with a crime, or are the subject of an investigation, consult with an attorney immediately.
