Protect Your Rights
Your rights, and potentially your freedom, are at stake. Many rights are waived if not asserted. For instance, the Idaho Rules of Criminal Proceedure require that you file motions to suppress evidence that was illegally obtained, in violation or your constitutional rights, within a prescribed time period. Failing to assert your rights, may lead to the court admitting that evidence at trial. If you are charged with a crime, or are the subject of an investigation, consult with an attorney immediately.
I understand the uncertainty that comes from being charged with a crime - and provide the option of a flat fee in most criminal cases. Knowing your legal fees up front allows you to make the best decisions without worrying about the expense.
My experience extends throughout the state and federal courts of Idaho. Recent cases include:
Driving Under the Influence (DUI)
State and Federal Drug Charges
Battery, Domestic Battery, Assault
Disturbing the Peace
Traffic Tickets and Driving Without Privileges (DWP)
